The number of Endermologie sessions required depends on many individual factors, such as age, weight, type of cellulite and lifestyle. For optimum results, a series of 10 sessions, spaced a week or two apart, is generally recommended.

Side effects of endermology are almost non-existent, and always minor. You may notice a little redness or bruising after treatment, but this usually disappears within a few hours.

The cost of an Endermologie session ranges from CHF 120 (30 min.) to CHF 180 (45 min.).

Endermologie is not an alternative to liposuction. Liposuction is a surgical procedure designed to eliminate body fat, while endermology is a non-invasive mechanical skin stimulation technique designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite and firm the skin.
