Muscle awakening classes
Every Tuesday, from May 16 to July 11, from 7.30am to 8.30am, muscle-building classes with your coach and personal trainer Joseph Bonvin.
Hatha Yoga classes
Every Thursday, from May 25 to July 20, 2023, from 7.30am to 8.30am, Hatha Yoga class taught by Daniela Marzio Catanese.
Classes are open to all levels. No previous experience is required.
Prices
Already a Laclinic* customer? The courses are free.
Other participants:
- Price per course: CHF 45
- 9-session subscription (Yoga or Muscle Awakening): CHF 350
- 18-session subscription (Yoga and Muscle Awakening): CHF 700
*A minimum of one treatment at Laclinic in the last two years.
